Maple in a Minute
Once we started to use maple syrup as a substitute for sugar in our day-to-day meals, we found that the uses for maple were almost infinite. Because maple can go either sweet or savory, depending on the recipe it’s used in and the grade of the syrup, you can quickly improvise to incorporate maple flavor into any number of delicious and unexpected recipes. Here are our “maple in a minute” guidelines, a great way to start playing with maple syrup in your daily meals. (These recipes can be used with any of our syrups, though some would be especially great with our bourbon barrel–aged maple syrup, for a smokier, more savory finish.)
